G-VAC PS
Pneumatic-Free Gripping – No Compressed Air, No Vacuum Pump

The G-VAC PS It is designed for smooth and largely impermeable surfaces such as sheet metal, glass, or plastic. It requires neither compressed air nor a vacuum pump.
When the suction cup is placed on the surface, the air escapes from it. The system closes, and when the workpiece is lifted, the necessary vacuum is created.
This makes the G-VAC PS particularly compact, lightweight, and energy-efficient,even during fast gripping and releasing cycles.
- Payload up to 5 kg
- No compressed air
- No vacuum pump
- Very low energy consumption
- Lightweight and compact design
- Fast gripping and releasing
Less Technology in the Gripper
As long as the workpiece and suction cup remain sufficiently sealed, the vacuum does not need to be actively generated or adjusted.
The G-VAC PS requires electrical power only when switching on. During transport, it holds the workpiece without a continuous power supply.
Especially when there are many gripping points, this not only reduces energy consumption but also minimizes the number of components, tubing, and pneumatic infrastructure.
For Smooth and Tight-Fitting Surfaces
Typical workpieces include:
- Sheet metal parts
- Glass
- Plastic components
- Coated panels
The G-VAC PS is particularly well-suited for picking up a workpiece and then moving it freely through the workspace.
If leakage is expected during the process, the G-VAC AS with active vacuum stabilization is the more suitable option.
