Without Compromise

Gripping Without Compromise

Innovative solutions for real-world limitations in gripping processes.
Nititec develops gripping solutions for industrial automation that specifically overcome existing system limitations.

Instead of accepting compromises, we create new approaches for more efficient, simpler, and more powerful processes.

The Standard

Today, gripping means making compromises

Traditional gripping systems force users to make choices:
Energy efficiency or performance. Speed or stability.

This becomes particularly clear when compressed air is used in vacuum systems:
Compressors, Venturi nozzles, and piping create a complex and energy-intensive infrastructure.

Nevertheless, this principle has been considered standard for decades.

Our Approach

We’re rethinking gripping—not just technologies

Nititec doesn’t develop variations of existing systems, but rather new approaches to gripping processes.

The goal is to resolve typical trade-offs—not to optimize them.

This results in solutions that differ fundamentally from traditional pneumatic and mechanical systems.

The Difference

The first step: Gripping without compressed air

With the G-VAC, Nititec has developed a new generation of electric vacuum grippers.

Instead of compressed air or an external vacuum source, the system operates directly within the gripper—electrically and without complex infrastructure.

The result:

  • stable and low-maintenance processes
  • significantly lower energy consumption
  • simplified system architecture

Two Approaches

Two solutions for different requirements

G-VAC PS – Pneumatic-Free

For applications where compressed air needs to be completely eliminated.

  • Minimal system complexity
  • No compressed air
  • No vacuum pump

G-VAC AS – High-Speed

For applications where speed and stability are critical.

  • Stable with porous materials
  • Very fast evacuation
  • High cycle speed
